For stock products:
You could exchange within 10 days. All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, cannot be worn, altered, glued, taped or anything.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping package.Please ship prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect, and pls pay the postage that shipped back And we highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping.

Refunds :
For stock products you could return within 10 days. We will refund the payment. We do not accept returns on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut.
For custom orders we do not accept returns or refunds, all the details are made by customers' requirements.
