You could exchange within 10 days. All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, cannot be worn, altered, glued, taped or anything.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping package.Please ship prepaid.
