You could exchange within 7 days. All exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, cannot be worn, altered, glued, taped or anything.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping package.Please ship prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect, and pls pay the postage that shipped back And we highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping.
